pricing
& payment: DESIGNER CUSTOM STATIONERY
- are the prices shown
accurate or will there be extras?
prices quoted in our
DESIGNER CUSTOM STATIONERY section are:
- complete, no matter which colours you choose.
- PRINTING, ENVELOPES
AND FULL ASSEMBLY IS INCLUDED
- the only addition at checkout is GST and delivery
- no need for quotes, simply multiply the price by the
quantity required
- we will always try to work within your budget
- do we have to pay a
deposit?
NO - only when your design is finalised and we have received your Guest
list do we issue an invoice.
- what happens once my order is completed?
Once
we have all details finalised and your Guest list, we will issue an
invoice; we accept direct deposit, credit cards [via PayPal], cheques and money orders. If you are paying by cheque, please allow 3
days for it to be cleared
- do you accept
credit cards?
- yes, but via PayPal, though
you DO NOT NEED a PayPal account.
- we also offer direct debit for custom made stationery -
bank and other details are shown on our invoices

- how long will it take for delivery?
We
guarantee delivery on your door step within 3 WEEKS
of receipt of all
details and payment of invoice but we usually do so in around 2. If your order is
urgent, we do have a Rush Order facility but there is a charge for this.
- how much is delivery?
Express Post - $35.00
(via Australia Post - suggested for all orders)
DIY
- how long will it take for delivery?
- We
guarantee delivery on your door step within 14 working
days.
- Where printing has been requested, delivery is within
4 WEEKS
of receipt of all
details and payment of invoice but we usually do so in around
3. If your order is

There are
only 2 levels for most DIY items:
- $5.50 for a single item
- $9.50 for 2 or more items

YES - our
only stipulation is that it is your own design, and not that of
another company.

YES - you
can order any colour scheme in a KIT form
- can we make changes to the
actual designs?
YES - you can order a Kit and then
change it as much as you like.
- I have a design in mind
that is not like any on your site - can you produce it for me?
YES - but
only as custom invitations.

samples:
- do we have to pay for
samples?
We have been
providing free Sample Packs for several years now on the basis that
they be returned for re-cycling once no longer needed.
Unfortunately, due to increasing costs and the failure of many
people to return the Sample Packs as requested, we are no longer
able to provide this service completely free of charge.
We are however, able to provide them at minimal cost [$2.50 each]
Ordering samples is easy, simply:

this is regardless of if you wish to DIY or have us do the work for

- select the colour range you would like your swatch packs to be in
- and then follow the prompts
- what about samples of
items such as paper colours, envelopes, fold cards etc..?
Almost all products listed in our store have NO MINIMUM QUANTITIES
so purchasing one as a sample is not a problem.
With items such as A4 paper sheets which come in packs of 10 sheets,
swatch packs in the colour range of your choice are available for
just $1.00 - these contain a 7x10.5cm piece of each paper available
in each of the 10 colour ranges.
- how do I get
samples?
You can either
order just one of any item other than A4 paper and card. For
these, you can order swatch packs by simply going to the colour
range you would like to see and clicking on the sample icon.
