PLEASE NOTE:
Care must be taken
when selecting invitation boxes as many are outside Australia
Post's standard sizing - articles over 20mm in height will be
charged as a parcel [$5] and not a letter[$1]
We have not listed the manufacturer's sizing as most state a
height of 20mm - this is the INSIDE measurement only, these
articles will be classified by Australia Post as a parcel.
Die-cut boxes are reasonably thinner and will usually fall
within the 20mm height level.
However, if at all uncertain, we suggest you take the box to the
Post Office you will be mailing from and get them to confirm the
postage costs - while it is not supposed to happen, we have had
the same box being classified differently at different Post
Offices.
